There are different kinds of spiritual gifts, but the same Spirit is the source of them all. There are different kinds of service, but we serve the same Lord. God works in different ways, but it is the same God who does the work in all of us. A spiritual gift is given to each of us so we can help each other. 1 Corinthians 12:4-7

Our Tool-Time Men’s Ministry presents great opportunities for our men to interact and relate with other men, to build upon their personal relationship with Christ and to strengthen the bonds of male leadership within our church and our communities. We are set on creating an environment that allows men to be honest, open and transparent with themselves and with one another. It’s about finding that connection with other men that usher us into a deeper relationship with our Lord and Savior.

Through this ministry, we seek to address the real issues that are faced by men today. Because we are called by God to be men of integrity, honor and love through our servant-hood and discipleship, we must set forth in this journey together in hopes of reaching our full potential in Christ. We can do that through our gifts and talents, prayer, fellowship, growth and maturity. We want everything that we say and do to present an accurate image of Christ, as we follow His lead into the different seasons of our lives.

When we gather together we like to think of our meetings as “iron-sharpens-iron.” By encouraging one another in male-only settings, this allows us to build a camaraderie, one in which strengthens our bonds and reshapes our lives. Our goal is to challenge our men in many different areas of their lives in light of scripture, through commitment and devotion, as well as through finding and living out their God-given purposes. We encourage our men to develop a consistent pattern of Bible studies, devotionals, reflection, and prayer. Ultimately, we want to reach men with the message of hope, and help connect them to a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Our meetings often include Spirit-filled worship, relevant teachings, anointed ministry time, and of course fellowship. The friendships that are built during these times contribute in strengthening and reinforcing our men in their walks with God. We hold many events throughout the year such as attending baseball games, crabbing adventures and barbeques. Our hopes are in creating a fun-filled, Christ-centered atmosphere that enables men to relax and let their guards down, as they connect and fellowship with one another.
